Muesli Power Breakfast

Wake up to a healthy start with this delicious muesli. For a powerful punch of antioxidants, add blueberries.


  • 1/2 cup uncooked rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 1/2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • Walnuts
  • Almonds
  • Berries


Mix together the uncooked rolled oats, milk, ground flaxseed, walnuts, and almonds in a small bowl. Refrigerate overnight. Add berries in the morning.
