Ingredients

  • 1 flat bread or whole wheat wrap
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 pear, sliced
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

1. Warm flatbread in skillet or microwave.

 

2. Smooth on peanut butter, then layer on bananas and pear.

 

3. Sprinkle on cinnamon and chia seeds.

 

4. Wrap bread, top and bottom in first, then sides.

 

5. Cut in half and enjoy.
