Nick's Grilled Chicken Whole-Wheat Tacos

A delicious meal doesn't have to break the bank. Check out this affordable and easy-to-make recipe for chicken tacos, packed with fiber, protein, iron, beta-carotene, calcium and other vitamins.

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast
  • lemon pepper
  • long grain brown rice
  • whole-wheat flour tortillas
  • American cheese
  • tomatoes
  • spinach

Directions

Lightly season chicken breast with lemon pepper and throw on a mini-grill. When fully cooked, slice up. Make the brown rice in a rice cooker. When finished, add rice, chicken, a pinch of shredded American cheese, tomato and shredded spinach on to whole wheat tortilla.
