Cut 30 minutes off your morning routine by putting breakfast in the freezer. These muffins can be made in advance and stored until you need them.
- 2 cups oatmeal, dry
- toppings of choice (nuts, cranberries, granola, chocolate chips, etc.)
1. Cook oatmeal as per the directions on the package.
2. Spoon oatmeal into muffin tins and top with the toppings of your choice (nuts, cranberries, granola, chocolate chips, etc.).
3. Place muffin tin in the freezer. Remove one or more oatmeal muffins the next day and place in the microwave to thaw.
