In this recipe, oats soak overnight so they absorb the milk and yogurt you put them in. The result is a rich and soft breakfast treat that's easy to make and has no cooking time! This recipe is brought to you by the experts at Canyon Ranch. 

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Directions

 

Mix ingredients together in a small mason jar or lidded glass bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, mix well and add optional toppings: fresh or dried fruit, flaked unsweetened coconut, nuts, or a drizzle of maple syrup.
