Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1 cup sliced peaches (fresh or frozen)
  • 4 dates, pitted
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • dash of cinnamon

Directions

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Top with a little more cinnamon before serving.
