Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 scoop protein power
  • handful of ice

Directions

1. Blend ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.
