Peanut Butter and Peach Shake

Use powdered peanut butter to cut back on calories but still have that creamy, nutty taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup diced peaches
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp raisins

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend well. Makes 2 cups.
