Peanut Butter and Strawberry Greek Yogurt Parfait

Get your daily dose of peanuts with this delicious breakfast parfait. Consuming one tablespoon of peanut butter three times a week, equivalent to 20 peanuts, can help extend the life of your heart. Spoon your way through breakfast, or enjoy this parfait as an afternoon snack. This recipe is packed with protein, vitamins and minerals.    


  • 8 oz plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp powdered peanuts
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup diced strawberries
  • 1-2 tbsp granola, or 1/2 tbsp chopped peanuts


In a small bowl whip together Greek yogurt, powdered peanuts, and honey. 


In a mason jar, layer 1/2 of the Greek yogurt mixture, 1/2 tbsp of peanut butter and 1/4 cup of the diced strawberries.


Layer once more the rest of the Greek yogurt mixture, 1/2 tbsp of peanut butter, and 1/4 cup of the diced strawberries.


Top with your favorite granola or chopped peanuts.


Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
