Peanut Butter Protein Pancakes

Fuel up for the day with a Peanut Butter Protein Pancake! The recipe is full of ingredients such as protein powder, egg whites, peanut butter, cottage cheese and almonds to provide you with 12 grams of protein in one delicious pancake. 


  • 1/4 cup raw oats
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 scoop protein powder
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 5 almonds


1.  Blend all the ingredients until a batter forms.


2. Spray a hot griddle or frying pan with nonstick cooking spray, and pour on the batter, forming a small pancake shape.


3.  When it starts to brown, flip the pancake over and repeat for the other side.


4.  Add a tablespoon of peanut butter on top of the pancake, and add some almonds.


Makes three small pancakes.
