- 1/4 cup of corn kernels
- 1 medium brown bag
- 2 to 3 tsp peanut oil
- Sea salt
Put the corn kernels into the paper bag fold the top over once and place into you microwave. Push the popcorn setting and then, voila! Delicious guilt-free popcorn. Sprinkle with the oil and a little salt.
If your microwave doesn't have a popcorn setting, you will need to experiment a bit. The time will vary depending on the wattage. Start with about 2 minutes and work your way up or down as needed.
