Ingredients

  • 1 large rip banana
  • 1/2 cup low fat soy milk
  • 1 can crushed pineapple in juice, drained
  • 1/2 cup "pineapple passion" sorbet
  • 1 tbsp soy protein powder
  • 1/2 cup strawberries

Directions

Combine ingredients in blender. Cover; blend until fairly smooth.
