Plated Salmon Croquettes

Ingredients

  • 1 can of salmon
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup red onion
  • 1/3 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions

Combine and mix all ingredients.

Roll mixture into patties.

Sear patties on each side for 3 minutes on stove top or grill. Enjoy!
