Post Crunchy Berry Parfait

This low-fat, low-calorie parfait provides an excellent source of vitamin C from the strawberries, and Grape-Nuts are fortified with iron. An added bonus? Your kids will love assembling it.


  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Grape-Nuts Cereal


Layer half each of the strawberries, yogurt, and cereal in a medium glass. Repeats layers. Serve immediately. As a variation, substitute blueberries or raspberries for the sliced strawberries.
