Quick and Crispy Artichoke Hearts

Ingredients

  • 1 9-oz package frozen artichokes, defrosted
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 lemon juice

Directions

Heat the oil in a shallow pan. Add the artichokes and cook on medium high until nicely browned.

Sprinkle with salt and lemon juice.
