Salsa is a super refreshing addition to any meat and is a great low-calorie snack. Use this colorful salsa as a topper for fish or chicken or enjoy with some tortilla chips. 

Ingredients

  • 2 medium tomatillos, diced small
  • 2 large plums, pitted and diced small
  • 1/4 cup diced red onions
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp small diced jalapeños
  • 1 avocado, pitted and diced
  • pinch of salt

Directions

1. Gently combine all ingredients in a bowl and serve.
