Ingredients

  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
