Swap your afternoon coffee with this oolong tea latte from food blogger Beth Nydick of Blue Barn Kitchen. It's an indulgent way to enjoy your two cups of oolong tea on The Regimen.

Ingredients

  • 2 oolong teabags
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • pinch of salt
  • vanilla extract
  • dash of cinnamon

Directions

1. Add hot water to oolong tea bags and brew for 3-5 minutes. Let cool.

 

2. Pour oolong tea over a glass of ice and add unsweetened almond milk, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.

 

3. Stir to combine and enjoy!
