Roasted red peppers are ideal for creating a creamy salad dressing without the fat and calories.


  • 1 large roasted red pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp fresh thyme leaves


Combine all ingredients. Serve and enjoy.
