- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- Frozen chopped spinach or fresh spinach
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 Non-wheat artichoke pasta
- Parmesan cheese
Steam fresh spinach or boil frozen spinach. Cook pasta according to directions on the package. Brown diced garlic clove and mix with extra virgin olive oil. Combine pasta, spinach and the garlic. Top with parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
