The combination of lime and cucumber make an irresistably light and refreshing cocktail. Whip up a glass to enjoy poolside, or a blend together a whole batch to serve at your next summer gathering. You won't want to start your summer without this frozen cocktail.  

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Sandra Lee Cocktail Time Key Lime Margarita Mix or your preferred margarita mix
  • 4 2-inch wheels of cucumber
  • ice

Directions

1. Fill a blender halfway full of ice.

 

2. Add Sandra Lee Cocktail Time Key Lime Margarita or your preferred margarita mix and four 2-inch wheels of cucumber; blend together.

 

3. Garnish with cucumber.
