- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 1 spring onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, diced
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Chives, chopped (garnish)
Sauté 2 sliced medium onions in a tablespoon of canola oil under medium heat. Add spring onion and garlic clove.
Sauté till tender. Do not burn. Add salt and pepper to your liking and top with chopped chives.
Serve with whole wheat rice of your choice. Enjoy!
