Fill yourself up on the 5-Day Mini-Fast with these delicious wraps. The monounsaturated fatty acids in avocados are super healthy for you, plus they can help keep you full and control your hunger. 

Ingredients

  • 6 large, peeled shrimp
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp hot sauce
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 4 bibb lettuce leaves

Directions

1. Make spicy sauce by combining mustard, lemon juice, and hot sauce. 

 

2. Cut up the shrimp and mix with the sauce. Cut up avocado and mix together. 

 

3. Add shrimp salad into lettuce leaves, wrap, and enjoy.
