Slimming Seafood Bisque

The Transformation Nation Finalists worked hard to get to where they are, and had a few go-to healthy versions of their favorite foods to help them slim down. Try Sharona Sankar-King's favorite soup that was low in fat, but full of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup crab meat
  • 1/2 cup diced small shrimp
  • 2 can (14.5 oz) organic tomato soup
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) fat-free mushroom soup
  • dash of cilantro
  • dash of cayenne pepper

Directions

Mix ingredients and slow cook in a pot for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
