Ingredients

  • 1 slice whole grain bread
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tsp chives, finely chopped
  • 2 oz smoked salmon

Directions

1. Toast whole grain bread in oven or toaster.

 

2. Spread avocado on top of toast.

 

3. Layer smoke salmon on avocado spread.

 

4. Sprinkle finely chopped chives on top.
