Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup almonds
  • 1/3 cup cashews
  • 1/3 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 4 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 scoop pea protein powder
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut

Directions

1. Put all ingredients except coconut into a food processor and blend until it is a pasty, dough-like consistency.

 

2. Roll into balls and then roll them into the shredded coconut. Store them in the fridge for up to a week. 

 

**Note: Serving size is two smoothie bites.
