Make breakfast exciting again with this sweet and tasty strawberry syrup! This delicious sauce can be ready in minutes to take your breakfast foods to the next level.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

1. Put all ingredients in a blender and purée until almost smooth.

 

2. Serve on top of French toast, pancakes, or waffles.

 

Note: If you prefer a warm sauce for your dish then gently warm the purée in a small saucepan for a few minutes. Don’t heat too much or you'll lose the fresh flavor.
