Drink this mocktail throughout the spring and summer — not only is it refreshing, but it's chock-full of vitamins and immunity-boosting ingredients. 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, whole or cut
  • 2-3 tsp watercress
  • 1 tsp mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice (or, use frozen strawberries)
  • 1-2 tsp local honey

Directions

Blend together all ingredients for 3 minutes and pour!
