Maintain a flat belly in your swimsuit this summer with this refreshing smoothie. Pineapple and mint are a powerful debloating combination and strawberries are full of antioxidants. Sip on this by the pool, on the porch, or at the beach.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 2 mint leaves

Directions

1. Blend all ingredients with water until smooth. 

 

2. Garnish with extra mint and enjoy!
