Strawberry Walnut Rosemary Shake

Walnuts are full of good fats and fiber, so drink this smoothie to boost your energy levels during the day! 

 

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups plain kefir
  • 3/4 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tbsp walnuts
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary

Directions

Blend ingredients until smooth. Add 1 tbsp of maple syrup for a sweeter drink. 

Yields 2 cups.
