Sundried Tomato Vinaigrette

Top your baked potato with this flavor weapon for weight loss. The vinegar adds a zesty taste while slowing the absorption of carbohydrates. A serving of 2 tablespoons is only 73 calories, compared to butter – which can contain up to 200.

  • 1 1/2 cups sherry (or red wine) vinegar
  • 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp chopped white onions
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper


Blend together the sherry (or red wine) vinegar, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, and chopped white onions. Slowly add in extra virgin olive oil until it is emulsified. Add salt and pepper to taste.
