Packed with vitamins and high in calcium, this easy tahini dressing can be used to replace heavy, creamy salad dressings and sauces.
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed.
