This protein bowl is one of Dr. Kellyann Petrucci's secrets to success on the Grapefruit Detox Plan. The combination of fiber and protein in addition to metabolism-boosting grapefruit is the perfect recipe to help you lose weight. 

Ingredients

  • 4 oz grilled chicken
  • 1/2 cup quinoa
  • 2 cups leafy greens of choice
  • 1/2 green pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 grapefruit

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl except grapefruit. 

 

2. Squeeze grapefruit juice over salad for a tangy dressing.
