- 4 oz grilled chicken
- 1/2 cup quinoa
- 2 cups leafy greens of choice
- 1/2 green pepper, sliced
- 1/2 grapefruit
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl except grapefruit.
2. Squeeze grapefruit juice over salad for a tangy dressing.
