Ingredients

  • 1 cup tart cherry juice
  • 1 tsp raw ginger
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric

Directions

1. Pour 1 cup tart cherry juice.

 

2. Add 1 teaspoon raw ginger and 1/2 teaspoon turmeric.
