This tex-mex recipe is a perfect dinner if you are on the 5-Day Mini-Fast. The combination of protein from the chicken and fiber-filled beans are perfect for decreasing belly bloat, keeping you full, and helping you lose weight.
- 1 package of drumsticks (8 count)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 8 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup spicy salsa
- 1 can black beans
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet on the stove. Cook drumsticks.
2. Mix together lemon juice and salsa. Then, warm up black beans on the stove under medium heat.
3. Top drumsticks with salsa mixture and serve with black beans.
