Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp protein powder (whey or egg white)
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed oil
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice
