Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 cups peeled and diced cucumber
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger root
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 2 peeled, cored and diced apples
  • 1 juice of lime
  • 1/2 juice of lemon

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend. Enjoy!
