Almost as decadent as apple pie, this crustless dessert will hit the spot. Apples are natuarly sweet and contain a good bit of fiber, only enhanced by the flavors of cinnamon and nutmeg. Get the complete Total Choice Plan here.

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tsp maple syrup

Directions

Slice apple into wedges and place in single layer on baking sheet.

Bake apple slices in over at 350 F for 15 minutes.

Serve with syrup on the side or drizzled on top.
