Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 2 oz nitrate-free turkey
  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • 1/2 cup tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup cucumbers, diced
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup low-sodium vegetable soup

Directions

In a bowl, combine greens, turkey, chopped hard boiled egg, tomato, cucumber and cheese.

Heat vegetable soup and enjoy together.
