- 3 oz grilled chicken
- 1/2 cup no sugar added tomato sauce
- 1 slice Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup zucchini, sauteed in 1 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil
On top of grilled chicken, layer tomato sauce and cheese and bake in the oven until heated through.
Sautee zucchini and serve alongside chicken.
