Total Choice Chicken Parmesan and Spaghetti Plate

  • 4 oz chicken
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 oz whole wheat spaghetti


Cook chicken at 350 F until it is no longer pink, about 10 minutes.

Boil spaghetti on stove until it is soft enough to eat, about 5 to 10 minutes after water has come to a boil.

Remove chicken from oven and layer with sauce and cheese. Place back in oven and heat until cheese is melted and sauce is hot, about 5 minutes.

Place spaghetti on plate and top with chicken.
