  • 1 100% whole wheat tortilla
  • 4 oz cooked shrimp
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 3/4 cup onion, chopped
  • taco seasoning
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fat-free Greek yogurt


Cook shrimp in pan on stove top.

Add peppers, onion, taco seasoning and oil and cook until vegetables are soft, about 5 to 10 minutes.

Build fajita and top with Greek yogurt.
