This chili recipe is great to bring to work or enjoyed on a Sunday afternoon at home. This Total Choice-approved meal is loaded with protein and complex flavor combinations. - 1/2 cup lean ground turkey
- 1/2 cup kidney beans
- 1/2 cup black beans
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 cup peppers, diced
- 1/4 cup corn
- 1/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
Cook ground turkey in pan over medium heat on stove top, about 5 to 10 minutes.
Add chili powder, onion, peppers and corn and heat until soft, about 5 minutes.
Add beans and stir.
Cook until ingredients meld and become hot. Top with Greek yogurt.
Protein: 51 g, calories: 470, fiber: 18 g
