Ingredients

  • 2 slices 100% whole grain bread
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

Directions

Beat egg with cinnamon, nutmeg and almond milk.

Dip bread in egg mixture, covering both sides.

Cook in pan over medium heat.

Top with maple syrup and enjoy.
