This smoothie is high in vitamins and packed with fiber. Mango and pineapple are good sources of dietary fiber and are both high in vitamin B6 and vitamin C. Mango and watermelon also contain high amounts of vitamin A, which promotes good vision. 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 cups diced watermelon
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

Directions

Blend ingredients until smooth.

Makes 3 cups.
