If you need a little assistance in the belly-busting department, Tyson Beckford's delicious smoothie will get you there. FIlled with fresh fruits and vegetables, this smoothie is delicious for breakfast, as a snack throughout the day, or as a dessert when your sugar cravings take hold.
- 1/2 apple, chopped
- 1 cup kale, chopped
- 1/2 orange, sliced
- 1/2 grapefruit, sliced
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
- 1 celery stalk, cut into chunks
1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until it reaches desired consistency.
2. Serve fresh or refrigerate and enjoy later!
