Ingredients

  • 1 cup sweet potatoes
  • 10 oz almond milk
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 avocado

Directions

Boil sweet potatoes until soft and let cool. In a blender, add boiled sweet potatoes, almond milk, ginger and avocado.

Blend until smooth and enjoy at room temperature.
