- 2 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
- 1/3 cup goji berries
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts or the entire seed
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup sunflower seed butter (optional)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)
Preheat oven to 250°F degrees. Combine all your dry ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.
Add your maple syrup, sunbutter and vanilla. Mix until well coated.
