Vegan Seeds and Goji Berry Granola

For your morning wake-up call, whip up this tasty vegan granola for a sweet and satisfying start to your day. If stored in an airtight container, it can keep for up to a month!

  • 2 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
  • 1/3 cup goji berries
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts or the entire seed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seed butter (optional)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)


Preheat oven to 250°F degrees. Combine all your dry ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.

Add your maple syrup, sunbutter and vanilla. Mix until well coated.
