Walnut Butter Pesto

Ingredients

  • 2 cups packed fresh basil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp walnut butter
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1-2 tbsp water (1 for thicker pesto, 2 if you like it a bit thinner)

Directions

Blend in blender or food processer and enjoy over pasta, fish, meat or vegetables.
