This smoothie is packed with protein, fiber and healthy fats; a perfect combination to keep you full all morning long. Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen cranberries
  • 1/2 lemon, with rind
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 walnuts
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender.

 

If shake is too thick, add water until desired consistancy is achieved.
